Is walking on a hundred acre track of land two months prior to deer hunting season, going to affect the hunt?

My neighbor does not want his wife walking on this track as he says it will disturb the deer. I feel that there are a lot of hunters that move around on tracks of land right up to the day before season and I honestly don’t think it is a problem. I just think it is a control issue!
